Registration dog group training schedule

How to register

To register for a group dog training of Cagayan de Oro Dog Training and Rehabilitation just:

• send a text to 0998 237 68 57 (Smart) or 0995 218 96 98 (Globe) or
• send an e-mail to dogtraining@themalasaghouse.com or
• send a message through the Facebook page.

What information to send

We would like to have the following information:

• Date you would like to participate (see schedule).
• The name of your dog.
• The breed of your dog.
• The age of your dog.
• Your name.
• The name or names of other participants.

How to pay

I require a registration fee of the total amount payable in advance. Registration is only confirmed after receipt of the payment.

You can pay to my bank account or send the money in any other way as long as I can pick it up in Cagayan de Oro City.

If you want to deposit the payment in my bank account these are the bank details:

• RCBC Savings Bank Velez branch (not RCBC Bank);
• Account 1-095-20399-7;
• in the name of Gustaaf Hendrik Ellenkamp.
